Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Practice and Education, work collaboratively with organizational teams to ensure quality education and training of clinical professionals is achieved in areas of clinical competency and clinical information systems ( ENO, NRP, eD-H, Active Staffer, SPF, e-learning). Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all patient care professional behaviors and standards while supporting organizational imperatives and promoting and environment of Patient and Family Centered Care. Project Management experience desired.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE. Master's degree with clinical nursing experience and education or staff development experience required. Either Bachelor's or Master's degree must be in nursing. Currently registered to practice nursing in the state of NH. Demonstrated ability to function independently in education and consulting capabilities as well demonstrated experience in the conduction of nursing research required. Must have excellent written,
computer
, and interpersonal communication skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
