Because we are part of the Children''s Hospital at Dartmouth, we are able to provide all services to our infants including cardiology, neurology, surgical specialties, endocrinology, nephrology, dermatology and many more. Our services also include regional transport for sick infants and support for the high risk obstetrical referral population in the Birthing Pavilion. Nurse to patient ratios are excellent and vary according to patient acuity. This full-time inpatient position, 36-39 hours per week, Day/Night rotation. The ICN is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic RN''s with neonatal experience preferred, but RN''s with other clinical nursing experience would be considered. The ICN utilizes a Primary Care Nursing model and a Shared Governance Model in which all staff have the opportunity to actively participate. As a member of this exceptional team of experts, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that has a sustained commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence based practice.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, a minimum of 1 year acute care experience with current NH registered nurse licensure required.
