Job Details:
Executes work on assigned projects using the principles of project management. Within the scope of the project, assists project leaders as they identify and prioritize opportunities for projects. Exposes directors, managers, supervisors, and front line staff to project management principles and tools. Fosters and supports change within the organization.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or the equivalent in education and experience required.
Previous healthcare industry experience preferred.
Analytical problem solving skills with demonstrated skills to define, scope and analyze complex, cross-functional problems and work in partnership with operational owners and project leaders to develop and execute all facets of project work.
Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be skilled in the use of project management tools including Sharepoint and the MS Office Suite.
PMI certification preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
