MEDICAL / SURGICAL UNITS to include: Medical Specialties, Inpatient Surgical Units, Oncology/HSCU, Psych, Neuro/NSCU
CRITICAL CARE UNITS to include: CVCC ICU, ICN, Pedi, PICU
STEP DOWN UNITS to include: ICCU, ISCU
These positions are 36 hours per week and include Day/Night rotation with rotating weekends and holidays. The LNA's will work at the direction of the Nurse Manager(s) and will provide nursing personnel with efficient and appropriate assistance with selected patient and unit needs to provide high-quality patient and family-centered care. These positions are authorized to have direct access to drug products and secure medication locations in order to manage the storage, handling and disposal of medications consistent with the Medication Storage and Handling Policy.
A High School graduate with NH Certification and Registration as a Nursing Assistant is required. BLS certification required at time of hire. Previous hospital experience is preferred. Must possess keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
