Reporting to the Clinical Director and in collaboration with the Perioperative Leadership team, be accountable for the daily operations of a 24 bed OR to include personnel, operations and facility oversight . Provide leadership for personnel, assures compliance with clinical and administrative practices, while being accountable for promoting the mission, vision, and goals of the organization at the departmental level. Excellent communication skills required. CNOR certification preferred, required after 1 year.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Registered Nurse with BSN with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience and demonstrated leadership ability.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
