_IS Clinical Systems - Training Team_
Provides training material design, conducts training sessions, and monitor and report on results in support of custom and standard application packages.
? Using established direction, responsible for the creation and delivery of training and development programs including workflows to all levels of end users and IT professionals.
? Participates in training needs assessment process for small to moderate impact (volume and dollar) projects.
? Assists in defining, troubleshooting, and solving software and system issues.
? Works with both internal IT partners and operational customers to understand system and training needs for applications and packages supported.
? Develops documentation for custom applications and packaged applications, using a variety of training tools as needed to assist end users.
? Designs training programs and creates curriculum, classes, workshops, and computer based training (CBT) and on-line help.
? Delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.
? Develops master training environment to support end user learning.
? Performs other duties as required or assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience:
? Bachelor''s degree with 2 years of related experience or the equivalent in education and experience required.
? Knowledge of adult learning principals and training methodology required.
? Strong interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills required.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
? Special certification may be required dependent upon clinical applications.
NOTE: The successful candidate may be hired at a level lower than Senior, depending upon qualifications and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
