Assists efforts to develop a new comprehensive, multispecialty Telehealth program at D-H. Helps implement the goals of the new program, creating and improving platforms that will serve providers patients across the D-H system.
? Works with other team members to provide evaluation and data management/analysis by ensuring collection of all necessary program evaluation data from internal and external data sources for Telehealth's clinical projects. Engages with project staff in the development of data analyses and outcomes evaluation overseeing database management and organization, and assists staff in preparing reports and issuing briefs.
? Provides guidance of evaluation efforts for each of the Telehealth projects. Ensures collection of project data, aligns with security requirements, and provides feedback based on analysis of the project data.
? Assists in defining, troubleshooting, and solving software and system issues that affect data sources and feeds.
? Evaluates probable data sources with project staff. Determines the most appropriate methods for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting this data. Defines and advises on system requirements for new systems, upgrades, and enhancements to existing IT systems.
? Develops relationships between D-H program and service leaders, develops national partnerships around Telehealth data sharing, evaluates the program, coordinates communication among stakeholders, and participates in teleconferences and other educational initiatives.
? Reviews specifications for data collection and storage to ensure statistical quality. Creates data dictionaries and data libraries to facilitate subsequent analysis of the data. Reviews, analyzes, coordinates, and/or revises statistical reports with the Telehealth Outcomes Analyst.
? Contributes to the writing of research grant proposals, conference presentation abstracts, literature review submissions, and other opportunities to broaden the scope of Telehealth led research.
? Develops a list of data resources and a process for scanning these resources for new trends in healthcare and technology, new developments in telemedicine, and the activities of other academic health centers in the application of information and communication technologies to care and education.
? Gathers and analyzes data and prepares reports and presentations which communicate complex research findings in clear language.
? Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in quantitative evaluation in the health care or medical research setting required.
? Master's degree preferred.
? Excellent quantitative skills, including analytics, and complex and relational databases.
? Proficiency in statistical analysis software and programming, and relational database implementation and theory using tools, such as STATA, SAS, SPSS, and/or SQL.
? Proficiency in data management software, such as MS Access.
? Excellent word processing skills and experience with MS Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
? Strong organizational skills and experience in project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to demonstrate strong critical thinking skill through work history.
? Able to work in an environment of health services research, building data holdings, and innovative clinical programs.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
