MICROBIOLOGY
At the general direction of the section supervisor and leadership staff, perform a variety of laboratory tests to obtain data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Perform all aspects of work in the Clinical Microbiology laboratory. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in the sciences and possess ASCP Certification and/or equivalent experience in Microbiology. This position is 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Associate''s degree with MLT (ASCP), HT (ASCP), or the equivalent in education and clinical laboratory experience required with 5 years of laboratory experience (as a CLS I/II or comparable position) or a Bachelor''s degree with MT (ASCP), HTL (ASCP), or the equivalent in education and clinical laboratory experience required with 3 years of laboratory experience (as a CLS II/III or comparable position).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
