HEMATOLOGY
Under the general direction of the Supervisor and/or CLSV(s), assume lead responsibility for the functioning of Hematology Laboratory. Act as a technical resource and provide team leadership to the staff working in the assigned area. The successful candidate will perform technical functions within the Hematology Laboratory and is expected to participate in specialty oversight of one or more technical sections of the Hematology Laboratory. Clinical experience, training, and education in Hematology Laboratory Medicine strongly preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Associate's degree with MLT (ASCP)/HT (ASCP), or the equivalent in education and clinical laboratory experience required with 5 years laboratory experience (as CLS I/II or comparable position) or a Bachelor''s degree with MT (ASCP)/HTL (ASCP) or the equivalent in education and clinical laboratory experience required with 3 years laboratory experience (as a CLSII/III or comparable position).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
