Job Details:
TheDirector of Organizational Performancerole is a member of the Human Resources leadership team. Will serve as an integral strategic partner to Chief Officers within the Dartmouth-Hitchcock system, to ensure human capital strategies are aligned with the organization's strategic and operational imperatives. Supporting a commitment to employee value proposition and engaged culture, the HR Organizational Performance Director will develop and execute the deployment of HR initiatives, solutions, tools and resources to ensure alignment with organizational and operational strategies.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Human Resources disciplines, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development or Master's degree or bachelors plus 10 years equivalent work experience (including healthcare organization experience) required.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results.
Demonstrated success in utilizing influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Business acumen - proven ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions.
Ability to function and thrive in a fast paced, highly complex, innovative environment.
Experience in and proven success in evaluating operational performance in complex work environments.
Proven leadership in driving and executing HR initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Successful change management and team development experience; ability to articulate alignment between strategic business plans and lean improvement plans.
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
