At the direction of the Web leader, ensure successful development and deployment of web-based applications and CMS improvements for the Dartmouth-Hitchcock internet and intranet. Assume responsibility for technical leadership and Quality Assurance testing pertaining to Dartmouth-Hitchcock website functionality. Serve as primary liaison with IS Web Developer team to ensure that requirements, user interface, design and development are in alignment with project expectations and are delivered successfully.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for content-side improvements to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Content Management System tools.
Serve as primary liaison for project development tasks with IS staff, contractors and professional services staff.
Use established project management processes to initiate and manage technical projects for the Web Content and IS Web Developer teams. Work with the Web Manager to ensure that technical projects are completed on time and to specifications.
Develop, or supervise the development of, application requirement documents, wireframes, mockups, and other frameworks as needed. Work with Web Content Team and IS Web Developer team members to ensure that technical requests are clearly defined and fully understood by development teams.
Oversee the creation of thorough test plans in consultation with end users and web development teams, and oversee test completion. Serve as QA lead for project launch/release.
Assign and ensure the completion of regular maintenance tasks by Web Development team and Web Content Team members.
Assist with the production of audiovisual projects as needed, including editing audio and video files and posting those productions to Dartmouth-Hitchcock and external websites.
Serve as resource for web-based tools and technologies, and assist in content creation and project implementation as needed.
Chair the bi-weekly CMS meeting with Web Developer Team members. Create and distribute agendas in advance of the meeting, and ensure that action items have been completed in their identified time frame.
Meet regularly with the Web leader, Internet Projects Manager, and Intranet Projects Manager to establish priorities, communicate project progress, and identify potential solutions to roadblocks.
Participate in regular Web Content Team, Content and Publications, and Communications and Marketing meetings as requested. Work collaboratively with other Web Content Team, Content and Publications, and Communications and Marketing members as assigned.
Communicate effectively and tactfully at all times, while working with patients, medical and administrative staff, outside vendors, and others.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent with a minimum of three years of experience delivering web-based projects, including managing scope and scheduling. The candidate needs to demonstrate experience in leading a virtual project team providing the leadership skills to complete the project successfully. The candidate should be deeply experienced and conversant in a wide range of web-related tools and technologies, and prior experience using and implementing a Web Content Management System is required. Project management experience and/or certification preferred. Prior video production experience a plus. Good written and verbal interpersonal communication skills required, and solid teamwork skills are necessary.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
