Full time position in the Adult Surgical Unit. In this 36 hour position you will work three 12 hour shifts; day/night rotation and will assess, plan, organize, provide and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process. You will also make nursing judgments and decisions and assume responsibility for nursing care and documentation. 3 West Inpatient Surgery Unit - 36 beds
Patients placed on this unit are generally those having orthopaedic surgery, trauma injuries, and plastic surgery. The environment on 3 West includes a culture of mobility initiative and the opportunity to work closely with Rehab Medicine staff to meet patient care needs.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, a minimum of 1 year acute care experience with current NH registered nurse licensure required
