The Primary Care Nurse provides the section with continuing health care to patients and families in the ambulatory care setting through assessment, planning, implementation, teaching and evaluation. The nurse is responsible to the Nurse Manager, Director/Practice Manager and the Section Chairman, physicians and the consumer.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Registered Nurse licensed in the State of New Hampshire with one year of acute care or related nursing experience required. Experience in Family Medicine and or Pediatrics is preferred.
