Job Details:
Creates and implements a management development program ranging from supervisory to high potential leadership. Supervises a team of program managers to develop and administer blended learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Develops and implements learning strategies to upgrade and enhance management capabilities throughout D-H. Oversees all levels of programming, from supervisory skill development to leadership development.
2. Designs and implements the talent review process. Establishes talent metrics and reporting.
3. Partners with HR functional leads to conduct needs assessment for leadership and management development for business units. Integrates data into learning programs which fit the needs and development planning for all employee groups.
4. Develops processes to support competency development, performance management, and employee engagement.
5. Partners with HR functional leads to develop and implement organization development interventions for the business area.
6. Leads onboarding and enculturation programs and processes.
7. Selects, negotiates, and manages contracts for external vendor providers.
8. Leads and develops the program management team.
9.Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 12 - 15 years of experience in various aspects of management development, learning design, organization development and change management, performance management and competency modeling, and employee engagement required.
Experience in leading management development in large, complex organizations required.
Experience consulting with executive teams required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
