Job Details:
Develops and implements the learning and organization development plan to support the unit in achieving its business/organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Develops and executes the learning and organization development segment of the business unit workforce plan. Acts as the senior consultant and advisor to align learning and organization development strategy with clinical, revenue, and D-H system plans.
2. Conducts learning needs assessment for developing functional skills, managerial skills, organization capability, and structure required to formulate development plan for unit. Works with HR leadership in formulating development portion of overall workforce plan.
3. Implements learning and organization development programs which advance the talent capability within the client organization.
4. Designs and executes performance metrics to track progress against learning and organizational development goals. Establishes reporting process for business line leadership to track development plan outcomes/progress.
5. Establishes and executes educational and organization development programs, processes, and tools aligned with achieving the clinical delivery, research, and revenue plan.
6. Implements management, leadership, and succession development programs for business unit. Partners with center of excellence management development team to integrate business line needs with enterprise curriculum development.
7. Ensures establishment of individual development planning across business unit. Manages individual development plans of high-potential staff.
8. Collaborates with HR leaders to conduct talent reviews.
9. Partners with business unit resources to align full integration of learning processes and programs with clinical and Quality/Value Institute.
10.Leads and develops the org performance team.
11.Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 12 - 15 years of experience as a learning/organizational development/performance consultant conducting learning needs assessment and program implementation required.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience working inside large organizations preferred.
Experienced in conducting learning needs assessment and skill inventories.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering business-specific earning interventions.
Experience in the learning program design, development and delivery.
Excellent group facilitation skills required.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing organization development initiatives.
Experience with establishing learning and organizational development metrics.
Experience in establishing management development and functional skill development programs and processes for business lines.
Experience with the design and implementation of performance management systems and processes.
Experience with the development and implementation of competency models.
Experience with LEAN training and implementation.
Process and workflow design experience required.
Experience consulting and collaborating with Quality initiatives to integrate learning processes with Value and Quality implementation.
Experience with developing and implementing learning and development programs related to customer/patient experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
