Job Details:
Organizes and directs office services and operations. Directly supervises and manages all assigned support staff. Oversees timely and accurate completion of support staff work. Ensures adherence to office standards, procedures and protocols. Assists in providing day-to-day management for various clinical and support activities. Position includes all aspects of personnel management including interview and selection of new employees, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and performance management. Coordinate special projects, including quality improvement, for the department. Coordinate on-call and provider schedules and serve as a resource regarding clinic operations.
Minimum
Qualifications: Associates degree with 3 years of secretarial experience or equivalent required. Proven leadership and organization skills desired. Demonstrated ability to relate sensitively to people and work well under pressure.
