Implements and administers the waste management program to prevent pollution and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Manages D-H's discard streams to reduce waste at the source, minimize disposal costs, and maximize landfill diversion.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, as well as supervisory experience, required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required.
Systems analysis experience strongly preferred.
Experience coordinating institutional or corporate environmental sustainability initiatives preferred.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
Certification as a Solid Waste Operator with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (DES) required within 1 year of hire.
