Maintenance Manager

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities to maintain and repair a large manufacturing facility including production equipment and surrounding grounds. Must have a detailed understanding and ability to perform jobs involving electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC system maintenance and general building construction. Experience with automated building maintenance systems and preventive maintenance programs is required. Must have strong troubleshooting skills, computer skills and communication skills.
Five to ten years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment is required.
Astronics works a flexible 9/80 schedule (9hr Mon-Thur, 8hrs Fri #1 and Off Fri #2). Enjoy a three day weekend every other week. Due to military nature of our business, US citizenship is required.
