Job Details:
Manages work on assigned departmental or institutional projects using the principles of project management. Assists departmental leaders as they identify and prioritize opportunities for projects. Expands the capabilities of senior leadership, directors, managers, supervisors, and front line staff to project management principles and tools. Fosters and supports change within the organization.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or Master's Degree, and 5 years of experience in project management.
2 years previous relevant healthcare industry experience.
Analytical problem solving skills with demonstrated skills to define, scope and analyze complex, cross-functional problems and work in partnership with operational owners and project leaders to develop and execute all facets of project work.
Excellent communication, organizational, decision-making and leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be skilled in the use of project management tools including MS Project, SharePoint, Visio and the MS Office Suite.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
PMP certification (with Bachelor's degree) or
PMP certification preferred (with Master's Degree)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
