APRN or PA (FT) - Family Medicine Walpole
Overview Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider - Cheshire Medical Center, Walpole Dartmouth-Hitchcock Walpole is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Family Medicine team in Walpole, New Hampshire, a cheshire primary clinic in the town of Walpole only 15 minutes from the main Cheshire campus.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to all of our patients and work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
In this role you will be un-paneled to start, with an opportunity to grow a panel if desired in the future.
While under the general direction of the department chair, you will practice autonomously as well as collaborate productively with your physician and advanced practice provider colleagues.
Our Primary Care team is engaged, high functioning, and innovative in delivering the best model of care to our community.

Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.
Required Licensure/Certification Skills:
