Leddy Group is seeking a Admin Assistant for a part time position in the Lebanon area. Position will assist with scheduling, calendar work, filing, tracking of open work order's and purchase orders.
Duties to include:
Scheduling meetings and logistics support for Supply Chain events.
Organizational research on procedural issues.
Coordinate work orders
Purchasing standard work development.
Track personnel requisitions and changes.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and metrics.
Candidates must have strong MS Office skills, strong attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Position is part time working 20 hours weekly and is supplemental.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
