IS Clinical Applications - Phone Support Team
With limited supervision, perform a variety of customer service-related duties to assist providers and staff with the Epic EMR. Duties include providing education, troubleshooting, and analysis of workflows and issues for all applications of the electronic medical record including ambulatory, in-patient, emergency department, operating rooms, patient portals and other applications within Epic. Function as part of a team to identify trends, escalation of issues and workflow improvements of the Epic modules. Ability to take on additional projects and work both independently and in a team structure. May train other associate analysts and provide input into employee performance evaluations. The successful candidate will be possess excellent customer service skills, possess or be willing to learn a general understanding of all applications and be detail-oriented. Familiarity with medical and technical terminology is a plus.
MINIMUM EDUCATION &
Experience: Bachelor''s degree or the equivalent. Prior experience and genuine interest in information systems desired. Demonstrated ability to work independently and on teams desired. Must be self-directed, flexible, and have excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills. Word processing and PC skills required. Excel skills are a plus. Prior experience with Epic a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
