At the direction of the Manager, demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and maintain most desktop hardware, peripherals and desktop software. Use ability to determine customer needs and system solutions for meeting those needs within D-H standards. Recommend improvements to D-H standards in areas of expertise.
Resolves problems with personal computer over the phone and by going into the field.
Identifies most system or process failures. Defines problems, collects data, and establishes facts. Determines conclusions and solutions. Fully documents resolutions to new problems.
Presents information in small and medium group settings (informal presentations). Communicates the status of open problems or issues to all concerned parties.
Manages single-person projects from inception through completion including development, execution, and monitoring of the work plan.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor''s degree with a minimum of one year of relevant experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
