Position
Summary:
Assists in developing, implementing, and supporting clinical, educational, and other programmatic activities of the Regional Radiology program. Conducts planning activities including a needs assessment of network partners and identifying the factors which lead to the network's sustainability.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifies unmet needs for Regional Radiology providers in the NH/VT region.
2. Implements program and project goals and objectives, including the coordination of workflow between D-H and contracted sites.
3. Conceives of, develops, and implements activities for improving efficiency and coordinating existing services, assistance to providers, provider information, case review, etc.
4. Solicits input and commitment from and coordinates program/project development with interested/affected care providers.
5. Implements and administers approved projects. Develops and/or recommends policies, procedures, and systems which will ensure the integration of clinical care across contracted sites.
6. Ensures compliance with program goals and objectives and with policies and requirements of contracts the program has entered.
7. Develops and helps implement mechanisms for data collection, program evaluation, and reporting on Regional Radiology program activities.
8. Develops the program budget in concert with the department financial manager and Program Manager, and monitors and evaluates program budget execution.
9. Advises on reallocation of budgets to meet developing program needs.
10.Serves as an advocate for rural providers. Facilitates communication between regional providers and administrators.
11.Participates on statewide and regional planning committees working to develop relevant programs and to find resources.
12.Develops and coordinates outreach and educational presentations regarding the needs of contracted facilities.
13.Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 3 years of experience working in a clinical department, or the equivalent in education and experience, required.

Ability to work creatively in solving complex service needs.

Understanding of the day-to-day operations of a Radiology Department preferred.

Ability to work across disciplines and with a diverse clientele required.

Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
